God of mercy, help me tell the truth about what is hurting me. Give me courage to accept treatment, community, and accountability. Strengthen me for the next safe choice rather than promises I cannot keep alone. When shame speaks loudly, help me return to support. Protect my life and the lives affected by my actions. Amen.
