What this website stores
The study journal, completed-book list, and color theme are stored on your device when you use those features. Journal text and study progress are not submitted to a SELAH37 database. Anyone using the same browser profile may see them. Avoid storing sensitive personal information on a shared device. The site stores your optional-media choice for up to 180 days.
Technical and contact data
The hosting service necessarily processes connection details such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, time, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Access-restricted hosting may also process sign-in details. The site operator has not independently verified the host’s log retention or processing locations. The contact drafting form stays in memory until you leave; it does not submit or store a message. If you send a message through the external social page, that service processes your account and message under its own policy.
Purpose and legal basis
Device-local study features work at your request. Optional external media uses your consent, which you can withdraw in Cookie settings. Technical delivery and abuse prevention support the operation and security of the site; where applicable, these rely on legitimate interests. Responding to a message uses the information you choose to send. We do not use journal entries to profile your faith or beliefs.
Sharing, retention, and transfers
No advertising pixels, visitor analytics, affiliate tracking, data sales, or targeted-advertising sharing are configured in this site. Local notes remain until you delete them or clear browser data; they do not sync between devices. External hosting and messaging services may process data outside your country under their own terms. A contact thread remains in the chosen messaging service until deleted or otherwise retained for a legitimate need. Contact the operator to ask about retention or deletion of a specific message.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent and complain to your data-protection authority. Voice, growth paths, and prayer tools
Path choices, step progress, and prayer favorites are saved only when you request them, in this browser. Emotion choices and conversations stay in memory and are not sent to a SELAH37 server. Closing the companion clears its transcript. Anyone using this browser can see saved preferences.
Microphone use requires a separate action and a browser that confirms local recognition. Unsupported browsers offer typing instead. We do not create or store audio recordings. Spoken output uses a local device voice or an optional downloaded neural model. The natural voice downloads files from Hugging Face and its delivery services, which receive ordinary connection information; your words are processed locally. Model and voice assets may stay in browser caches. Generated audio stays in memory until playback ends or is stopped.
The optional offline pack stores only the curated prayer collection and its reader, not protected app pages, sign-in pages, contact drafts, journals, or conversations. Browser storage can be cleared by you or by your device. Sharing is a separate action that gives the selected prayer to your chosen app.
Your growth and prayer data
Remove locally saved path choices, step progress, prayer favorites, and voice download caches. This does not delete your original study journal or book progress.
