AN ORIGINAL SELAH37 PRAYER
Lord, teach us to listen before defending ourselves. Help us speak truth with gentleness, own the harm we cause, and practice patient love. Give us wisdom to seek help when we are stuck. Where there is fear or abuse, lead us toward safety and people who can protect and support us. Amen.
