The big picture.

Known in the Ethiopian tradition as Ezra Sutu’el, this work corresponds to the central apocalypse often called 4 Ezra. Ezra struggles with suffering, justice, and the fate of God’s people through dialogues and visions. It is not identical in extent to every English edition labeled 2 Esdras, which may include additional works.
